Default Victory!!!

I woke up this morning and gingerly walked over to the scale. I had told myself that I wasn't on a diet but on a new life style but I still wanted to see the scale move...guess what guys... I lost another 5lbs!!!!!! I lost 7lkb on phses one and a total of another 8lbs on phase 2....I am speechless!!! A total of 13lbs so far!!!

Hahaha I always tell myself that- I even don't have a scale in my student flat- but I still manage to find a scale somewhere... the losses are really motivating! Especially since you don't do it daily/every few days, you actually see the difference!
Congratulations !

Enit that is fabulous!!!

how has it been for you? I've struggled on maybe 2 particular days, but overall, each day that passes it gets more 'routine'.

VermontMom,
Routine is definitely the word and It's honestly been a breeze. I think the hardest part has been maintaining a good exercises regimen. I am never hungry on SBD and the more I lose the more motivated I am. Even my husband is getting interested!

So happy for you. I've been a good girl since Jan 3, and I am actually nervous about weighing. However, I do notice a difference in my clothing, so that is a positive. Sometimes it can be challenging to be faithful, but every bit of encouragement helps. I love reading that others are succeeding. It helps me stay motivated! Congrats on your loss!
