
I woke up this morning and gingerly walked over to the scale. I had told myself that I wasn't on a diet but on a new life style but I still wanted to see the scale move...guess what guys... I lost another 5lbs!!!!!! I lost 7lkb on phses one and a total of another 8lbs on phase 2....I am speechless!!! 

A total of 13lbs so far!!!
Especially since you don't do it daily/every few days, you actually see the difference!
