Default Overwhelmed
Really need to to something I can live with so I'm trying Weight Watchers...any help or suggestions are welcome!

Hi Linny! We have very similar goals!! Yayy! I really wanted to do weight watches, but financially I can't afford it at the moment. I wasn't sure but is the weight watchers program purchasing their own food? or is it more of a calorie counter type program?

I'm also trying to find something that works. I've tried all types of diets (atkins, south beach, hydroxy cut pills, juices, etc etc) so now I'm trying to find a realistic way of losing this fat! I've managed to gain about 30lbs extra since becoming a student =( Anyway, don't be overwhelmed I'm sure if we use the resources on 3fc we can reach our goal weight soon!

Hi TheLinny! Welcome to 3FC! I'm not familiar with the current WW program, but I found some of the old versions helpful. If you work the program, it will work for you. Good luck!
