Hey there ! My name is Sarah, I'm brand new to the site! I just decided today to start making healthier life choices. I'm currently at 194 lbs. I hope to eventually be down to 120, and back into my size four jeans that I've been holding onto for years! This site is amazing! What an inspiration! You ladies are great!
I am going on the south beach diet and also committing to doing at least 45 mins of cardio a day.

Sarah, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diet plans, themes, or age groups, so find one that inspires you and just post to join! Be sure to check out the South Beach subforum if you haven't already!
