S/C/G: 283/see ticker/180?

Height: 5'9"

Default Plateau? and Good Vibes : )

hi all --
I have been eating really healthfully of late and I *feel* good. While I don't see it in the mirror, I feel better after losing about 25 pounds. I'm still on plan, but the scale hasn't moved in about 3 weeks. I'm guessing this is my first plateau.

Stick to the plan? Change things up?

I can't do much exercise right now (my favorite is walking) b/c of tendonitis, though I am lifting weights at home.

BTW, I have developed a new habit that I really love: every day, before I leave for school, I pause for just a few seconds and think to myself, "This is my life, and I am happy in it." It starts me off feeling centered and thankful

If you're feeling great, happy about losses thus far, know that continuing down the same path is going to make a difference (continue to make a difference, and it really is!) and you don't feel hurried to see the scale move, I'd say...stay the course. Continue with what you've been doing for about 2 more weeks if you can. If by then the scale hasn't moved, then it is time to shake it up a bit...perhaps with calorie cycling. I'm sure you'll get more advice on this. Meanwhile, congrats on a job well done!
