Hi everyone,
I'm a 20 year old girl, and I'm currently fighting for a healthier lifestyle. I wasn't exactly happy with the way I looked and I knew the person in the mirror wasn't "me", so... I took the first few steps I needed in order to reach my weight loss goal.
I just started spinning last week and I can see the changes already. I think I can thank that to the fact that I have a mesomorph type of body. I've always noticed how easy it was to gain muscle and lose weight so I consider myself lucky. I decided to appreciate more what I have by breaking apart from laziness and becoming active, and hopefully in time I'll be one more girl celebrating for a new goal met.
