I'm back.....
It's been about a year and a half since i was last here. I was doing well with my weight loss, even losing weight while on a couple vacations. But then the company I worked for for 13 yrs sold, my job was in limbo for 5 months, very stressful and eventually switched jobs to one that I'm really not happy with. So, needless to say, thru stress and emotional eating, I've regained the weight and my workouts, while I still do them, are not nearly as intense or focused as they should be.
I've been trying to regain focus on eating and exercise for quite some time, but I lack the will power to maintain focus. In the past I have always been most successful when I have a support group or forum to fall back on and stay focused. I lost track of this group when work was so hectic because internet use was monitored at that job and my current employer blocks forums and newsgroups. Its so hard to try to read the site on my droid too. But now I have a means of access and if I can stick with checking in here when I get the urge to eat, that will help keep my focus.
So... I'm back. I'm sure there are all new people for me to meet and get to know on here. Looking forward to getting back into the swing of things again.
