Default Can bread make you bloated?
My stomach always seems bigger after I eat bread, so I was wondering if anyone else had the same problem. It could just be my imagination, I am really bored of bread, especially thick white bread my family seems to love.

Don't even get me started here....modern wheat is evil!!! It is genetically modified food...aka not real

Please go ALL grain free for 4 weeks...I bet you would come back and say, wow...I felt great!

Absolutely. If it makes you bloated you may want to consider cutting it out.
