I'm back :-)
Well here I am again, I haven't been around for 2 months, since I met my new boyfriend. Sadly I have gained 6lbs of, what I have termed, the 'love chub'.
Still, its not the worst thing ever. I explained to him that I wanted to lose the final 20lbs over the next 4 months or so, and he was very supportive. He's a police officer so is very fit anyway, and he suggested I join the gym, so we've made it into something that we do together a few days a week, and in turn I have introduced him to healthier meals. I'm already 1.2lbs down after 4 days. The best thing is, that i've been able to eat a lot more since joining the gym and still lose weight.
