I've returned after quite a hiatus and quite a few lbs. Gonna give it another shot.
This time I have the help of the weight loss center at the local hospital. We're doing a combination of supplements and regular foods (think a Medifast type thing) along with exercise and counseling. I have a lot of hope that I can make this stick this time with all this support. Just wish my husband was as on board, but he's expressing his skepticism and that I won't just get sick of it and stop after a few weeks. Ah well. I'll show him!
Margaret, welcome, glad to have you re-join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join!
