Here it goes -- one more try -- been there done that -- not my first rodeo - lost 50 gained 70 -- worked out 2 hours a day in my thirties -- soon has I stopped high maintenance anything diets or exercise I gained the weight back -- This time it's got to be a life change -- a slow one --
I've cut out alcohol two years ago - fast food and sugar 1 year ago -- cigarettes 3 months ago - lost 25 pounds - got rid of my scale so just found out the other day - will use the scale at the gym but no tape measure's -- no treadmills -- happy with low weights, swimming, walking -- and sunlight -- 10 minutes of walking a couple times a day with no agenda or heart rate monitor.
Organic, no wheat, try PureFoods for a few months then back to my own cooking. No kids at home anymore so that will make it easy. In fact there is no reason i can't do this --
