Default I'm Back!
New year, new me. I got my thyroid checked, and while it's normal, they put me on a low dosage medicine to see if the weight comes off. I got engaged, and really want to have lost a good bit by June to go dress shopping.

I must stick with it this time. I did so well in the past, and go so pissed for not losing weight for so long...

I'm also back on the wagon after having my son in November. I feel so out of shape and I want to feel good again ASAP!

Sounds good to me!
I'm really mad at myself, I have lost all muscle and endurance that I had...I restarted C25K yesterday and am planning a early morning workout before a bridal expo tomorrow...I'm sore. 30 seconds almost killed me!! Ugh, and I used to be able to go for an hour!
