I have been doing this officially for a year now. I have lost just under 50 lb so far.

But I've slowed in my progress. I know it's because of 2 things: not tracking (1800 calories) and not getting my big butt in the gym.
Last night I was rereading my blog from 1 year ago; and I noticed what was working: Tracking & moving. Duh.
So I am getting my but to the gym this week, as well as Taekwondo (3 times this week). Bring it on, I want to see 281.2 on the scale next Monday (I know I gained this week, but it's official tomorrow at Weight Watchers).
Anyway, I am back!
