Ready to get back!
I have been doing this officially for a year now. I have lost just under 50 lb so far. :carrot: But I've slowed in my progress. I know it's because of 2 things: not tracking (1800 calories) and not getting my big butt in the gym.
Last night I was rereading my blog from 1 year ago; and I noticed what was working: Tracking & moving. Duh. :o So I am getting my but to the gym this week, as well as Taekwondo (3 times this week). Bring it on, I want to see 281.2 on the scale next Monday (I know I gained this week, but it's official tomorrow at Weight Watchers). Anyway, I am back! |

Going well!!! I have been good:
Monday: 2,060 calories (earned 900) Tues: 1,949 calories (earned 541) Wed:1,519 Calories (earned 365) Thurs: So far 1,165 (earned 534) So I've hit the gym or Taekwondo everyday! Started the C25K program, so excited! Feeling good. Scale says I am down 3.8. I am going to hit WW tomorrow to "check in" and see if I am really doing that well. Thanks for asking! |
