Hello, everyone. I am super excited to have found this site.

My husband and I are committed to getting rid of the excess weight we (mainly, I) have been carrying around for too many years.
I'm currently 325, and want to get to around 165. Heck, I'd be happy at 200! But truly, I'd like to just be healthy. To FEEL healthy. In the last few years, I've had 2 major surgeries, lots of testing, etc. My drs. found that I am extremely vitamin D deficient, so I am taking Rx doses of vitamin D. It is something that makes me fatigued, have muscle weakness and spasms, and feel just plain crappy. What is encouraging is that the hubby and I have played Just Dance 3 for the last 2 days, and I actually feel good! I'm so excited to be able to exercise again.
Anyway, sorry for my rambling! I'm happy to be here and look forward to giving and getting support along the way!
