Default "Zumba" like you mean it

I am IN LOVE with Zumba!!! I has to be the most fun exercise I have ever done With hot Latin beats and shaking your hips like nobody's buisness you will be sure to work up a sweat and hopefully shed some pounds. I first tried Zumba using the workout DVDs... once I got some of the moves down I bought Zumba for my WiiFit. It really is a lot of fun. I reccomend it to anyone who wants a hardcore cardio workout

I love Zumba, too!! <3

I first started with trying out the intro DVD... and failed horribly. I was so out of sync and couldn't get the steps down right, even with all of that instruction. It kind of stressed me out, because I KNEW that this was an exercise that I would like, if I could make it work for me.

Going to a real class was what made Zumba amazing for me. I started out in a small class with a personable instructor. I still enjoy talking to her, but I've moved on to a larger class that demands more energy. That instructor is SO energetic, and I love it!! I really like that she does about a 50/50 mix with current/recent hits and Zumba music. I always look forward to Zumba nights! <3

I bought the game for my Wii a while back, but haven't played it yet. I should give it a shot.

I also enjoy doing Zumba. It's dancing without even realizing that you're burning calories.

Although I tend to like doing this stuff on my own rather than with a group of people. I feel self-conscious dancing like this besides myself haha.

I don't think anything is wrong with that .

I started doing Zumba a year ago and love it! I look forward to the nights that I have Zumba classes. I don't like the treadmill of running, so this works for me. I can always stick with something if it involves some kind of dancing.
