Default Hi!

I'm new here, hello!

I've gained and lost 50 pounds twice in my life, 20 pounds a few more times. I know how to lose weight, when I'm on track I'm actually really good at it. I'm also really good at gaining it back. But the only thing that works for me is OCD like focus. (I have an OCD, it's honestly on a level like that.) If I don't have this crazy obbessive focus, my diet lasts a day. I wish I could bottle this up, I'd never be chubby again. But it's makes me feel a little bit like a crazy person.

Does anyone else do this? Maybe this is just a normal thing when actually successfully dieting?
