Hi everyone,

I have always had fluctuating weight and after an eating disorder last year (sigh, how stupid of me!) I rapidly gained weight and the scales became my nemesis. Since then clothes have stopped fitting me and I've had to admit defeat!

I've been to see a dietician who has been a lot of help and I've already lost some weight, and it's definitely been a struggle to keep my eating under check, but my main problem has been my eating as I am a very active person and I have a high amount of muscle (pity about the fat though!).

I just need that little bit more support from people who are trying to lose weight as well and I'm sure it's going to be wonderful to be on the forum!!

Just know that having an eating disorder never equates to one being "stupid" — ever! So try not to label yourself like that. These things take time and a lot of hard work. Hopefully you're able to find the support and inspiration you need to achieve your personal goal :]
