Hi all, new member here. Joined because I find it helpful reading peoples posts which help me to realize im not alone with this struggle. Started a new weight loss plan today and will be checking back with my progress. Im a vegetarian who has gotten caught up in the junk food and not eating as much fresh veggies/fruit that I love so much. Cutting down on processed food, eating more fresh fruit/veggies and exercising 3 x/week.
Hi! I'm glad you're here. There are a lot of really good threads in this forum, with plenty of support. There is even one for alternachicks, which I think includes a subforum for vegetarians.
