Hi! I'm jackie, as you may be able to guess. I'm so glad I found this website! I wish I would've found it a long time ago, but what can you do. I'm just looking to lose the last 10 lbs, but even more to offer my support to you all! Losing weight and being healthy has become very important to me and I wish all of you the best in obtaining your goals

How does one start a new thread? I'm interested in menu plans and recipes. My target date to start is 10-1. I have my first 14 days' menus and the grocery list. I'm ready to rock n roll!!
