Hi everybody!
I am a single SAHM (stay at home mom) with a GREAT need to lose weight!
My daughter is getting harder to keep up with and I need to be fitter most of all for her sake, but also to get 6 stone off. Ideally I would like to lose this weight in 7 months if at all possible

- once and for all just do it and be done with it, kind of thing. For the past 2 1/2 years I have yo-yo'd up and down ... I am great in short bursts but it's the long haul and dedication is needed I am lacking!
I can lose weight no problems WHEN I am good, so have no excuses really.
I am planning on doing Asda/Tesco shakes twice a day, a few snacks and one main proper meal, so not going to count calories, I know my limits.
Anyway, enough rambling from moi!
