new here and saying hello!

  • Hi everybody!
    I am a single SAHM (stay at home mom) with a GREAT need to lose weight!

    My daughter is getting harder to keep up with and I need to be fitter most of all for her sake, but also to get 6 stone off. Ideally I would like to lose this weight in 7 months if at all possible - once and for all just do it and be done with it, kind of thing. For the past 2 1/2 years I have yo-yo'd up and down ... I am great in short bursts but it's the long haul and dedication is needed I am lacking!

    I can lose weight no problems WHEN I am good, so have no excuses really.

    I am planning on doing Asda/Tesco shakes twice a day, a few snacks and one main proper meal, so not going to count calories, I know my limits.

    Anyway, enough rambling from moi!

    Losing 84 lbs in 7 months may be an aggressive goal but I am not discouraging you from giving it your all. My best advice to you is to not give up if you are not meeting your goal. Don't give up an know if you start today, and stay strong and on plan you will weigh less than you did 7 months previous.
