Default Spring Break Challenge! Who's With Me!?

Hey Ladies!

I am soon to be 20 years old and a Sophmore here at EWU! I am also in a sorority and we have "Greek Week" games and events right after spring break, where you need to be in tip top physical condition! Spring Break is just over 4 months away and is a great time frame to lose those unwanted winter pounds!

Lets get together, lose weight, and motivate eachother to lose those pounds!

I ran a challenge over the summer and lost 20 lbs in only 7 weeks! I believe I can get back on the band wagon and do the same with all of you lovely ladies. I'm ready to start dropping those pounds!

Count me in! I'm not sure that I have a special trip or anything this Spring Break, but I still would love to be at least 30 lbs down by then!

Count me in as well! I am going to Hawaii for spring break this year and I want to look incredible and feel sexy. I hate spending all of my time on the beach in cover-ups.

Yay! Sounds like a plan ladies!

I think we should have weekly weigh ins. What days are best for everyone?


Just got done with a 50 minute dance work out. Have eaten only a salad and sushi today so I'm feeling pretty good!

and claire bear im thinking most people weigh in on mondays and tuesday anyways for other things so maybe thats the best route to take......

I would love to get in on this too-- I will potentially be visiting on of my best friends in Florence and it would be amazing to be down 20 pounds AT LEAST by then! So count me in, that's my goal. Let's do this!

Any day is great for me! My starting weight is 151 and my goal by march is 138 which is a pound a week weight loss.

OKAY LADIES!

Weigh in's will happen on Monday's is that ok with everyone? I can make Tuesday or Sunday exceptions for ladies in other challenges, but try to weigh in on Monday's so its most accurate =]


Everyone please send me your starting weight and goal weight for spring break, so i can start tracking everyone's progress!

claire bear can you give dates...? like mondays are fine but what is the official spring break date.....

my start weight for this challenge will be 220 ...as soon as i know the finish date ill send you my goal weight !!

I'm in! I don't have anything planned for spring break but I live in Florida, so it would nice to be able to wear tank tops and shorts like everyone else! Going to the beach in jeans and a t-shirt sucks, lol.
