  • I usually weigh-in on Sunday mornings but I'll post my weight here on Mondays. There won't be a dramatic difference between days anyways.
  • ugh so as much as i drank last night at this party and the snacks i ate were mostly veggies and dip and cheese and crackers... i feel okay today a little bit of a headache but alive enough to work out... so off i go to jog a bit and workout... gotta lose those vodka lbs :S see everyone for weigh in tomorrow

    My current weight is 209 and my goal weight is 180.
  • I will join! I'm hoping by the end of February i will be at or close to goal. but i am going to aim for 105.

  • OK here's my weigh in... Started at 230 and today am at 228. Not bad considering over the weekend, I went to Taco Bell on Saturday and last night went to another restaurant where I ate and drank WAY too much. Oh well, back on track today =)

  • I went to a party over the weekend so I was worried I would not lose much at this weigh in... but I'm down almost two pounds this week. yay!! Congrats to everyone, it seems like we all have been working hard this past week
