Has anyone tried it? the first time I did it (about 4 years ago) I lost 15 lbs without noticing, I just simply stopped eating as much and started enjoying exercise. I wasn't on any diet plan. Now I'm back where I started becuase I gained a lot of weight in college and I've tried the same hypnosis but it hasn't had the same effect. Not sure why. The one I tried that time was

Today, I tried out a different one, which was almost an hour and half long and you're supposed to listen to it before sleeping (yeah I didn't go to sleep after, I work nights and after work I just wanna crash, not listen to an audio for 1.5 hours lol) We'll see how this one works. The one I listened to today was by
Steve G. Jones Weight Loss I Platinum. And no, I dind't pay the ridiculous $80 for that, they had a Black Friday sale and I got each recording for $1 (I got 3 weight loss related recordings and some other ones for other stuff)
