i've actually posted an intro thread in the 20-somethings
but i guess ill just post here too xD
My name is Kevin, yes i am a dude! while lurking around i found out this is mostly a women's forum lol
i tried looking for other forums to go to but i didnt feel comfortable with the bodybuilding and "guy lingo"
anywho~ yes, i was a pretty skinny kid then turned chubby around 4th grade
since then i packed on weight all the way to my first year of college
my highest weight was 220 lbs! i qualified for being obese
although i accepted myself for the way i was i knew i didn't want to live like that
this summer i read online about the "Hacker's Diet"
which is basically calorie counting and using trends to track weight
i had nothing to lose, except my weight!
about 6 months later i am down 44 lbs and loving it!
i've been falling off the wagon a bit so i figured i'd find some support online
i still have about 16 lbs to go
