Hello everyone this is the first I post here or anywhere else. I am starting a weight loss journey. My goal is to loss about 60lbs. I have developed this unhealthy lifestyle of eating, hanging out drinking, and no exercise. I have tried to lose weight and I start and never am consistent. So I lose some and gain double. I am ready to stick with it this time. I know it is a very challenging thing to do and its a emotional roller coaster but I know that I am tried of being over weight out of breathe and no energy. I thinking joining this forum will let me gain all the support I need.
I am very excited that I am making that choice.
