Smile New mom and ready to get back in shape!!

Hello everyone!!! I am a 29 yr old southern cali Mom to a 11 month old, I have been married for 6 yrs and I work full time. Life has been busy and I am ready to focus on me and my weight loss goals.

When I got married I was 125 lbs and that is my long term weight loss goal. After baby I need to lose 30-35 lbs total to get there. I am looking forward to posting my results and I hope to make some friends in the process. Anyone that has some advice on a healthy weight loss approach I am open to listening! Currently I am exercising 3-4 days a week, calorie counting, and 5 small meals a day.

Hi there - your stats are really similar to mine - I just hit 125 yesterday (though night out last night might have pushed me back up a bit!).

Looks like you are doing all the same things I am doing - so there nothing more I can say other than good luck!!

Hi Michelle,

Way to go! How long did it take u to get there? My weight constantly goes up and down. If I have one cheat day I can go up 2 lbs!!! Yikes! Any tips for long term?
