New mom and ready to get back in shape!!
Hello everyone!!! I am a 29 yr old southern cali Mom to a 11 month old, I have been married for 6 yrs and I work full time. Life has been busy and I am ready to focus on me and my weight loss goals.
When I got married I was 125 lbs and that is my long term weight loss goal. After baby I need to lose 30-35 lbs total to get there. I am looking forward to posting my results and I hope to make some friends in the process. Anyone that has some advice on a healthy weight loss approach I am open to listening! Currently I am exercising 3-4 days a week, calorie counting, and 5 small meals a day.
