I keep trying to do the Atkins induction each week w/ no success. I just can't get my appetite under control. I have about 50# to loose and i'm loosing my patience and i'm tired of failing. I know Atkins works, i've lost 8# on it so far and really would love to go farther but can't seem to stop picking and thinking about off constanly.
Does anyone have any experience doing Atkins and meridia?
