Hi everyone! I found myself googling "weight loss support" and found this forum! Can't wait to look around a bit more.
A little about me: I'm 21, 340ish lbs. I've always been a "big girl" but a couple of months ago I realized...I really need to lose some weight! Even though it's not affecting my health at this point, I know it will. I've never dieted before..I'm not really even looking at this as a diet, but rather a lifestyle change.
My short term goal is under 300..long term 150. I'm just keeping my eyes on the 299 goal right now! The only thing that's working for me is calorie counting. My iphone app is a life saver! I'm trying to get into exercise but finding it difficult to get motivated.
Anyway, looking forward to checking out all the other sections here!
