Smile Looking for some diet buddies?

My names Rachel, Im 22, weigh 18 stone 4 and im 5 foot 9.

New to the site and I have started the cambridge diet today? I was wondeirng if anybody would like to be my diet buddy? I have my boyfriend and family for support but sometimes a little outside help when it gets tough would be nice.

It's going pretty good! Been a good day to far! How about yours? And what way are you going into it?

Hi Lady!!!

First, relax!!! Most of the users on here are from the USA, so they are in a different time zone, that's why there "peak activity hours" might not coincide with our own

What kind of exercise are you on? I've never heard of the Cambridge diet IS IT GOOD?!

Thanks for the replies guys.

@nevaeh1984....The cambridge diet it an extremely fast way of losing weight, its basically a liquid diet of shakes, soups and porridges that contain all the good stuff but with only 138 calories per meal.You eventually start intrdoucing healthy and small portions. Its sounds brutal I know but my friends has been on it for 5 months and she has lost 6 stone 4 pounds!!!! You get a consultant that weighs you every week or every 2 weeks and they help you later on with keeping you weight off once you are finished and reached your goal.Very friendly too, they text or call every few days just to see how you are and have a gossip. As far as exercise I have been swimming and walking.Just gentle exercise because with this diet you dont really need to do exercise I have been on it for 2 days and lost 2 pounds already!!! you get it in the usa im pretty sure. what diet and exercise are you doing??xxx

@PeachyPie Oooh thanks, im still getting used to this website but I added you to my buddy list. Do you have a goal set in mind? Are you following any diet in particular?

@candice1022 14 lbs makes one stone, i cant work with pounds lol so I just say stones. Im 18 stone 2 pounds which is around a rather shocking 252 lbs!! (just had to google it)
I am a uk size 24/26 and im hoping to get down to a size 14 as i wouldnt suit being really skinny, I still want a butt, boobs and hips 14 is healthy but still curvy. I am on a pretty extreme diet though, liquid diet but my friend has done it and lost 6 stone 4 lbs (88 pounds) in 5 months and she looks amazing!!! I have lost 2 lbs in 2 days

Are you doing any diet in particular? Rach.x

Hello Im new nice to meet yall, Im a mom of 3 kiddos a 3 yr old boy 1 yr old girl and 4 month old son. I am counting calories and doing cardio and toning workouts. Im 145 5'7 but my goal is 138 My measurements are 40-32-41 and I want to loose 2 inches at the waist also I want to mainly just be healthier and more active I want to set a good example for my kids and my family.
