Smile 100 days of 100% is my mini goal!! do you have a mini goal?

Im 22, a mother of a 8 month old gorgeous wee girl and girlfriend to my babies father, who is the opposite of me.Im a fatty he is a fitty with a 6 pack.Must of been my personality that won him over lol.

I weigh 18.4 stone, im 5ft 9 and a uk size 24-26. I have just started the cambridge diet today and also went to water aerobics tonight. Im not going to lie, this is going to be the hardest thing of my life.

My MINI GOAL: I plan to do 100 days at 100% and I will be honest if I slip up but I plan not too.my man is very supportive and I want to do this for my wee girl to set a good example for when she is older.

Does anyone have any tips or mini goals of their own?xx

Hey...jst wanna say that its really nice that u r doing this 4 ur babygal!!!! Best of luck!!! I hv a mini goal 2 lose 20 pounds in 2 months!!!! Hope I cn do it!!! =p n btw in ur pic u UK real pretty so I thnk its must b ur nature n ur beauty dt won over ur man!!! =)

i guess my only suggestion would be to take it slow dont overwhelm yourself and set mini goals because expecting yourself to do a lot at once ... well youll get frustrated and flip flop back and forth... good luck to you
