I've had a couple of those episodes. The last time, i was just so upset at another week of not losing anything, that I didn't weigh myself, didn't exercise, ate everything in sight, and basically damaged my own progress for two days. I gained 5 pounds.
The good news is, I got back on track, drank lots of water and green tea, watched my carbs, and 4 days later I was back to my pre-binge weight. Most of the gain is usually water, which comes off quick. This set back gave me the drive I needed to get back to business. I felt like a failure, and I haven't wanted to go there again.
Now that you got that over with, eating everything that wasn't nailed down, you can get back to business and get back on track!
