Hey everybody I'm new here. I used to weigh about 246 when I was 18 (now 25) lost 55 pounds when I was around 20 and kept if off for a few years. Then I met my current fiance when I was 22 and gained about 20 pounds and he gained about 50 I guess we were a little too comfortable with each other lol anyways I had a baby girl 7 months ago and gained about 50 pounds from that and weighed in at my heaviest 267 OUCH.. Lost about 30 pounds so far but now I'm stuck and might have to actually work at losing the rest! If anyone has any tips on losing weight that would be great.. Thanks
Welcome to the forum! Congrats on the 30lb loss! Your off to a wonderful start.
My tips would be to find a food plan that you can follow long term that fits within your lifestyle.
Make small changes first, like adding in more water, moving more, eating fruit or veggies for a snack. All these things will add up over time.

Congrats on your loss so far and on your little angel!!! I have a 2yr old, 3yr old & a 1mth od right now and for me my kiddos are such a huge driving force for me to be healthy in order to set a good example for them.
I am doing a 90 Day Health Challenge and I've lost 16lbs so far since the baby :-)
