I consistently log what I eat on livestrong.com. On average, I workout 5 times per week. I do strength-training a minimum of twice a week and try to do 3x. I eat VERY healthy but the scale doesn't move as aggressively as I would like to see.
I eat VERY little white carbs. Most of my carbs come from veggies and fruits. I have started limiting my fruite intake. When I do, it is mostly berries and apples. For the most part, I eat poultry and LOTS of fish.

My weigh-in day is next Tuesday (switched to monthly as my daily weigh-ins were driving me nutts!). I struggle with knowing if I am eating enough OR eating too much. Any and all suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.
