I just made myself the most filling lunch and thought I'd share!
-Turkey Sandwich made with 2 slices Double fiber wheat bread (50 cal/each), turkey (30 cal), laughing cow light wedge (35 cal), kalamata olive spread (45 cal) and tomatoes (5 cal). Grilled without oil/butter on my George Foreman until toasty and num. Total: 215 cal.
-Broccoli Cheese Soup from a can (but it's pretty good- the kind you add water to, 98% fat free), bulked up with frozen mixed broccoli, zucchini, and spinach. 60 cal for 1 cup of soup, 10 cal or so for additional veg. Total: 70 cal.
-1 cup romaine lettuce (15 cal, generously), topped with 2 chopped strawberries (10 cal?), 1 Tbsp crumbled blue cheese (35 cal), 1 Tbs light honey mustard dressing (20 cal). Total: 85 cal.
