Default Starting Tomorrow, can you look at my food for the day?

Ok, so went to the store, got all my goodies, prepped and cooked a few things for the week, can you look over my day and see if I'm good?

Breakfast:
egg white, parmesan, spinach, pepper, onion and turkey bacon soufles, (2)
coffee with vanilla soy milk

Snack:
2% mozzarella/cheddar cheese stick

Lunch:
Salad with grilled chicken and ranch (can I use balsamic vinegar to cut down on the ranch)

Snack:
cucumbers and turkey roll up

Dinner:
Roast pork loin and salad

Snack:
Natural PB and sf fudgesicle parfait

Please let me know, any advice is needed!!

Your menu looks ok, but you may want to add some legumes and more dairy to help prevent the "SBD flu" that many experience while on Phase 1. Also, the beans and dairy will help to give you that satisfied feeling, too.

Good luck!

How about a glass of the vanilla soy milk or 1% milk with sf chocolate powder in the afternoon? I'm afraid of having too much!!

Don't forget to add good fats. Maybe you can use olive oil to cook your eggs. Yes, balsamic vinegar is good, you could use olive oil & balsamic vinegar on your salads and/or sprinkle some chopped nuts on it too for good fats & crunch or just eat the nuts for snack.
