Hey everyone I thought I would start the new weekly chat.
Hope everyone is well. The scale is not my friend for the last week or so. I was up 2.5 pounds last week and they seem to stay with me. I am trying no dairy and a lot less meat this week to see how that works. I'm not sure what is going on but I will be taking my measurements to use that as a measure to see how I'm doing there.
Kids back at school and me back to work and I'm trying to find my new schedule to fit in exercise.
Came home last night after work and got right into a workout. My hubby and I tried the Insanity fast and furious 20 cardio video
Lol it's crazy! But good.
I'm looking for the weekly tracker post to post up my daily intake and plus I love reading what you girls are eating too. Maybe il start it.

I ran for the first time since getting my huge blisters last weekend and it went pretty well. They just hurt a bit at the beginning but it got okay, thank you multiple bandaids. We're slowly increasing our distance, we were up to 3.6k last night. Might try a 4k by the end of the week.
I'm trying to be a really good girl this week, tracking speaking, because this weekend we're going to this huuuge western festival and we're probably going to eat a bit of crap (or at least have beer). Can't wait to wear my cowboy hat and see rodeo!

I had a date with a guy Monday night (my weigh-in day) and I was soooo nervous beforehand I totally over ate. Like, consumed 1/3 of my weeklies. On the first day of the new week! Crazy! But I'm good now! The fact that it was a holiday here in the States was part of it -- during the work week I am very scheduled and on point, but weekends are hard for me. So an extra day off and feeling anxious made me go a little crazy. But I'm feeling much better about the rest of the week!
I have plans this weekend, but nothing I'm too worried about. Dinner on Sat with my parents for my mom's birthday and I've already scoped out the menu and the restaurant has a special section of lower calorie stuff with a super yummy sounding veggie pita sammich.
Proatthis - I feel amazingly different since dropping dairy from my diet. I've been dairy, grain, legume, soy, sugar, gluten free for 9 days now? I don't think I can keep it up entirely after my 30 days are up but I think I am going to work hard to not reintroduce dairy.
I'm having a nice week so far! School is busy, I have a possible date for tomorrow, the weather is finally cooling down just a tad. I even scheduled an appointment for my "OMG I'M UNDER 200LBS tattoo" *laughs* Let's hope I get there this week

I have been doing my workout with the ladies in the next building over during our lunch break 3 days a week...Wed are boot camp day the insturctor is a phys ed major and in charge of health and safety for her company and she lets me come over and work out with her crew. It is great. But my goal over the next 8 weeks is to increase my exercise to 5 days a week so that mean I need to fit something in on Tue and Thur or else the weekends.
I just started back on ww on Monday and I feel pretty good staying on point even eating a little less which I know is not good but it will take me a few days to really get the swing of things.
I found by preping 'veggie' bags and having them handy to grab for snacks on my way out the door or at my desk really keeps me from grabing the 'bad' stuff
Oh and fiber one has 90 cal brownies out 1pt each not bad..tad dry but gets that chocolate fix out of the way
Hello all! I thought I'd post because I started following core for the first time in a year Just finished losing 25lbs following calorie counting, but I can't keep up the strictness since I'm at the end of my deployment and heading back to the "real world". I'm going to follow WW for the last 15lbs and am looking to lose .5-1 lb a week. I can only do core while I'm deployed because we have to eat at the chow hall. But I lost 13lbs following core last year, so it should be fine for these last 12 days. Then I'll join WW and see how the new program goes. I may try simple filling if I'm not liking the new program. What are you all following? I plan on working out for a couple of hours today (1 hr spin w/weights, insanity, then racquetball for an hour). After that I'll hit the pool and do some homework. Glad to meet you all!!

We are totally BFFs now! *laughs* That is funny and awesome! Its going on my upper middle back, Just barely below my neck. The quote "where dwell the brave at heart" --- it will be my 7th and 8th, I think *laughs* It think is just such a neat thing to be able to document the major things in my life, not to mention remind myself of things I should know that way. Makes me happy
welcome ovwgirl, sounds like you got everything figured out! I do flex since that is all I know. I have read how to do core but just never tried it.

I am on my first week back -- started labor day. I had to weight myself this morning just to see how I was doing am in down 2....so excited. I know that kind of loss will not last but still great motivator for comming weeks
Another HP fan here. I am tattoo-less, but always thought if I ever decided to get one it would be a phoenix or dragon.
I am shocked and excited to say that I lost 1.5 this week and I am officially in the 150's (if only by a few tenths of a pound, but whatever). I had two pretty bad weekends in a row and I guess I just got lucky. I'm going to stick to plan this week and hope next week will be just as good!
I am weighing myself at home every morning. I'm stuck at 147. I will be going tomorrow to an official WW meeting to weigh in I hope I can get the other 1 pound off by then. No workout yesterday for me other than a short 50 rep routine of 5 exercises while I watched jersey shore. Lol
Had my WI this morning, I was down 1,2 pounds and I'm super happy about it!
We're going to a huge rodeo festival tomorrow, it will probably really hard to eat healthy there... I did really good all week long though, I think I can treat myself a bit!
