Hello, I am new to this forum.
I am 26yrs old and looking to lose at the minimum 65lbs. In the past 6 years I have gained 70 and have had 3 children.
I am sick and tired of being fat.
Just looking to find some support and change my ways of eating. I am a fast food addict
I was wondering if anyone has had success with just counting calories plus low carbs? I am not looking to lose weight super fast because I am 5'6 and 205, I am really terrified of having loose skin afterwards. I am hoping losing slow will help with that.
