New From Texas
Hello, I am new to this forum.
I am 26yrs old and looking to lose at the minimum 65lbs. In the past 6 years I have gained 70 and have had 3 children. I am sick and tired of being fat. Just looking to find some support and change my ways of eating. I am a fast food addict :( I was wondering if anyone has had success with just counting calories plus low carbs? I am not looking to lose weight super fast because I am 5'6 and 205, I am really terrified of having loose skin afterwards. I am hoping losing slow will help with that. Thanks |
I have had success with calorie counting. I do not worry about carbs but may have to pay more attention to these once I get closer to goal.
Weight Training will help with lose skin issues. Best of luck to you! |
I find that calorie counting works best for me. I don't really look into the macronutrients (carbs, protein, etc.) as long as I'm at or under my daily recommended caloric intake.
You're still young so you shouldn't have that much issues with your skin. Don't forget that genetics also play a role in skin elasticity. |
