Today was my weigh in day, I lost 6lbs and now at 190 lbs. I am so happy, I will continue to stick to my weight loss goal.
Wow, congratulations! That's an accomplishment. Be careful not to starve your body of the nutrients it needs, but it sounds awesome! Care to share some tips on what you've been doing?

Thanks Guys: I follow the diet to the T, and as a nurse, I am constantly moving along with 20 mins of trompoline rebounding 5 days a week.
Here in Texas, it's been over 100 degrees for weeks. Even walking is a challenge unless it's very early in the morning. I'll bet a rebounder would be a great option for me. Thanks for the idea.
