Default No weight loss since week 2

So I lost 17 pounds the first two weeks, 10 more to go. Week three nothing, at the end of week four and im up a pound. Had a cheat Wed night (2 glasses of red wine) but jumped right back on and didnt stray food wise. Any tips to jump start again? Can I go a few days sticking to just IP products?

Wow, you lost a lot really quickly, your body is just readjusting. I lose a lot slower (2 pounds a week or so) but I stalled for 2 weeks... by default i ate my "meal" earlier in the day because i had a late night at work and i just did a shake or bar for dinner. I got on the scale this morning and had dropped weight finally. I think that the eating of the meal earlier in the day maybe sped up my metabolism.

or maybe my body just quit stalling - eventually it has to. but you are welcome to try that -- eat your meat at lunch not dinner

Thats a great idea, i will try that! Not complaining about a 17 pound loss at all, just frustrating having 0 loss for 2 weeks in a row. I'm havng breast lift surgery on Sep 29, and was hoping to meet my goal or at least close by then.

I agree with the body adjustment theory. Understand that you didn't have a "large" amount of weight to lose. And to have lost more than half of your goal in the first two weeks in phenomenal. While the weight loss may have come to a halt, you body can continue to lose inches and reshape itself as long as you stay 100% OP. No, the wine didn't help your cause but I wouldn't think it completely hindered it either......it just set you back. You have just over a month to lose the remaining 10 pounds. Stay focused and 100% OP and I think you'l be successful.

Good luck!
