. I'm pretty anxious to see my results too.. I'm alternating 30 Day Shred with TF HIIT dvds. I'm on the HIIT 15 as of now. Trying to build up my stamina for that one also.
I've just completed Day2L1.. I'm proud of myself. I did better than the Day 1. Still working on my endurance and stamina.. It surely take that in order to complete both 30 Day Shred & TF HIIT 15...
