Arrow 30 Day Shred::Round 1(8/17-9/16)

Hey ladies I decided to start a challenge for Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred Challenge. Anybody that is currently doing 30DS is more than welcomed to join. Please stay positive, focused & motivated. This is not going to be an easy challenge. Good Luck to all!!!!

Good luck! I did 30 DS along with a healthy diet and some walking and lost inches and got pretty buff. It does take some motivation to get through the hard parts, and also to keep going with the same routine day after day! I'd be in with you on the challenge but I still have another couple months of light intensity exercise to do before I can get back into Jillian Michaels stuff. Looking forward to seeing your results!

@MamaBee- Thanks hun . I'm pretty anxious to see my results too.. I'm alternating 30 Day Shred with TF HIIT dvds. I'm on the HIIT 15 as of now. Trying to build up my stamina for that one also.

I've just completed Day2L1.. I'm proud of myself. I did better than the Day 1. Still working on my endurance and stamina.. It surely take that in order to complete both 30 Day Shred & TF HIIT 15...
