For weigh ins why don't we make a Sunday deadline each week, but it's up to each individual when exactly they wish to weigh in before that?
I can update the stats each Monday morning UK time, so Sunday eve for all of you in the US? and everyone just needs to get their weight to me before then?
We can make the 25th August start weight an optional extra for those who want to see the difference for the 3 calender months, but make the official start weight anytime between then and the Sunday evening?
I'm happy to do % losses, and keep totals for week to week and the challenge as a whole.
It'd also be nice if we could set different challenges each week, be they exercise/food/lifestyle based. Obviously these would be optional if they fit in with your own plans, but a good way to keep us all motivated.
