I'm not new to 3FC, but I've been gone a while. I've gained a lot of weight over the past year - so much that I now weigh as much as I did when I was 8 months pregnant (my baby is 8yrs old now!). So I've rejoined WW (trying out their new plan) and I'm trying to stay optimistic and motivated. I need to focus on past successes instead of past failures, which isn't easy. So I'm back here looking to give and get support and encouragement!
