OK, so I'm making up a new playlist for myself, and I remember a few weeks ago, in my WW weekly, there was a blurb about songs with different BPMs and how songs within a certain range of BPM are good for workouts. Of course, I can't remember what the range is.
Does anyone know anything about this? Is it tied to your heart rate, or something? I want to try and incorporate as many songs as possible with a BPM that will really get my heart pumping.
