Hi everyone,
Finally joined today. I've been googling and using this forum for support for a while... figured it was time to actually do it.
I hit my highest weight at the end of college in may 2008. 244 as far as I know. Been zigging and zagging mostly in the range of 220-230 for the last 3 years. In may I started a real attempt at being healthy... not necessarily going on a diet, but a change in diet. You know, the whole 'it's a lifestyle' idea. So far, it's shown up on the scale. Hoping to break the 200 mark before August
