Just saying hi

  • Hi everyone,

    Finally joined today. I've been googling and using this forum for support for a while... figured it was time to actually do it.

    I hit my highest weight at the end of college in may 2008. 244 as far as I know. Been zigging and zagging mostly in the range of 220-230 for the last 3 years. In may I started a real attempt at being healthy... not necessarily going on a diet, but a change in diet. You know, the whole 'it's a lifestyle' idea. So far, it's shown up on the scale. Hoping to break the 200 mark before August

    Anyways, thought I'd say hi.

  • It sounds like you've got a great attitude! I think when people finally accept that it's a lifestyle change, that's when they see the most success - which you've clearly figured out first-hand!

    And you'll totally be under 200 by August. You're so close!
