KRISSY ~ being that you are still young, the best advice would be to start with cutting out all the junk & sugary pop; you can lose a lot just by doing that and not jeopardize your health & height growth. Add in some favorite fruit, salads, and veggies with lean meats; this is an easy way to start. Take advantage of all the walking you can.
