Hi everyone!
I'm Paloma, I'm 23, and I'm finally taking the steps toward a healthy life. I've always been tiny (under five feet!) and for the most part I've been a normal weight, but I've recently let myself go at the expense of my health and weight.
My weight has been slowly creeping up since I started college 5 years ago, but it's been the last two years where I've really noticed a dramatic change for the worst. In the last year and a half I've gained my degree and 30 extra lbs :/ ...not acceptable. I'm now 45 lbs over my healthy, comfortable weight, and as life would have it, that happens to occur over the summertime. Ugh.
I'm starting a new job in three weeks, so I'm ready to make some positive changes! My ultimate goal is to hit the not-so-big 100 lbs, a healthy 20.2 BMI for someone of my miniature size. I know I can do it! Thanks in advance for all of your support (I've been lurking for quite a while) and I look forward to swapping success stories
